Barbara Ann Scott! What can we say about Canada's most famous doll that has not already been said by the Canadian Museum of Civilization!
As the site says, "...most doll collectors have at least one Barbara Ann Scott doll", and Sheila is no exception. Sheila, our Doll Doctor, has restored many Barbara Ann Scott dolls. She is a common patient in our doll hospital and the owner of this particular doll requested we restore her completely.
This Barbara Ann Scott doll suffered the ravages of time with blistering, crazing, peeling and chipping in the paint. Her sleep-eyes were also not working. Classified as a "premium restoration", a complete restoration was performed on this doll. Isn't she beautiful?
