Here is the smallest sleep eye mechanism we've built to date. This 1.5" (3.8 cm) tall antique doll head came to us without its original sleep eyes. Sheila has built many porcelain head sleep eyes over the years, especially for her reproduction antique dolls, but nothing quite so small as for this. The Customer was ecstatic that we were able to restore it. (..and and and, so was Sheila's Webmaster!!! We know who the artist of the family is!!)
