Notes:

1. We will recommend against certain actions on collectible dolls that are in good to excellent condition. However, the final decision is yours.

2. We do not dry clean costumes. We hand clean them using proven methods that do not damage the antique material. (See our Costume Project page for samples of our work.)

3. Includes mohair and human hair. We do not re-root hair.

4. We do not repair all mechanical walking parts. It depends on the extent of damage and accessibility to the inner mechanisms. It is sometimes best to just leave it as is. Most sleep eyes can be adjusted.

5. Although we can do a good job of cleaning and removing many types of stains, some stains may not be able to be removed without damaging the material.

6. Sometimes vintage plastic and vinyl dolls cannot be repaired completely due to the instability of the original material, which may have become too distorted, too brittle or even too oily. Although we have been successful with plastic and vinyl dolls, we can advise only upon seeing the doll.
